The FallTech 7508B 8' Tripod Kit is a complete, portable confined space entry and rescue system designed for fast setup, reliable stability, and efficient worker retrieval. Built for crews working in vertical confined-space environments, this kit combines an adjustable aluminum tripod, FT-R® SRL-R, leg brackets, safety chain, and storage bags into one ready-to-deploy system.

Engineered for speed, strength, and safety when every second matters, the FallTech 7508B helps workers enter, exit, and perform rescue operations in restricted-access areas with greater confidence. Its lightweight tripod, safety chain, and leg brackets set up quickly for secure, stable operation, while the advanced FT-R® SRL-R provides smooth lifeline control and rapid retrieval capability.

At the heart of the kit is a 60' FT-R® SRL-R with galvanized steel cable, which functions as both a self-retracting lifeline and a rapid-activation retrieval device. During normal operation, the SRL-R automatically pays out and retracts as the worker moves. If rescue or retrieval is needed, the integrated rescue mode can be engaged to raise or lower the worker with controlled hand-crank operation.

The included 8' adjustable aluminum tripod is designed for strength, portability, and ease of use. Two-stage telescoping legs adjust from 5' to 8', helping crews adapt the system to different jobsite conditions. The included safety chain and leg brackets help provide reliable stability during confined space entry and retrieval applications.

For crews that need a streamlined tripod system without a separate personnel winch, the FallTech 7508B is the non-winch version of the 7509B. It includes the tripod and FT-R® SRL-R retrieval device, but does not include the additional dedicated personnel winch found in the 7509B kit.

Convenient storage bags are included for both the tripod and SRL-R, making the system easier to transport, organize, and protect between uses.
