Installing the VCR221 Jumbo Head Drive Rivet

  1. Position the Sign: Line up the mounting holes on your sign with the corresponding holes in the square post at the desired height.

  2. Add the Washer: Place the nylon washer over the hole on the front of the sign.

  3. Insert the Rivet: Set the Jumbo Head Drive Rivet into the washer, ensuring the thicker portion of the washer fits snugly into the hole.

  4. Secure the Rivet: Strike the rivet’s center pin with a hammer until it sits flush with the head and the rivet expands inside the post for a tight, permanent hold.
