There are three models of Pop-Up Traffic Cones from The Traffic Safety Store.  Collapsable and light up these cones come in 18" and 28" size.  The 28" cones come in a 5 pack or a 4 pack.  Pop up lighted cones are popular with motorists for breakdowns, first responder vehicles where space is at a premium, and ambulances or fire truck operators.
