      I bought 2 of these cones for my 18 month old Grandchildren. Both are obsessed with the large traffic cones they spy on the street and both were delighted to have their very own. The are small enough to drag around and soft enough to squeeze, punch, sit on. These would also be great for automobile/travel safety. One CAUTION: As a household toy, your puppy could easily mistake it for his/her very own restroom.
