I was satisfied except for one issue. One of the three cones had the reflective tape applied poorly, and it couldn't be adjusted. This leaves a spot where the tape is swelled away from the cone and cannot be pushed down. Trying to pull the tape away to adjust it results in tearing. It's simply wasn't applied very carefully. It's a small thing, but with the shipping I paid $25 for each cone.
