Heavy-Duty Solid Plastic Blocks

Equip your industrial facility with the strongest wheel stops available: Heavy-Duty Solid Plastic Parking Blocks. Unlike our standard car stops that utilize structural voids to save weight, these blocks are molded from 100% solid recycled plastic. This dense, heavy construction allows them to withstand impacts from delivery trucks, forklifts, and heavy fleet vehicles without crushing or cracking.

  • Solid Core Construction: No internal voids. These blocks offer maximum mass and impact resistance for industrial applications.
  • Chemically Resistant: Impervious to hydraulic fluid, diesel, saltwater, and road chemicals.
  • Permanent Durability: Will not chip, rot, or crumble like concrete, even after repeated heavy use.

In Stock: Available in 4-foot and 6-foot lengths with Yellow, Gray, or White options. Call 800-429-9030 for pallet pricing.

Extreme Durability for Industrial Environments

In high-traffic industrial zones, standard parking blocks often fail. Concrete crumbles when hit by heavy trucks, and lightweight hollow plastic blocks can crush under the weight of a forklift or loaded van. Heavy-Duty Solid Plastic Blocks are the answer. They bridge the gap between rubber and concrete, offering the architectural rigidity of stone with the resilience of solid plastic.

The "Solid" Difference

The primary advantage of this product line is density. A standard 6-foot "Commercial" block weighs about 16 lbs, whereas our 6-Foot Solid Industrial Block weighs approximately 30 lbs. This extra mass provides:

  • Anchoring Stability: The heavier block sits firmer on the ground, reducing stress on the mounting hardware.
  • Crush Resistance: The solid core ensures the block maintains its shape even if a heavy wheel rolls on top of it.
  • Longevity: Designed to last for decades in warehouses, loading docks, manufacturing plants, and truck depots.

Installation Hardware Included

Despite their density, these blocks can still be installed by a single person using standard tools. We include the mounting hardware for free:

  • For Asphalt: We supply 12" Galvanized Steel Spikes. For older or looser asphalt, you may consider upgrading to 18" Spikes for extra grip.
  • For Concrete: We supply Lag Bolts and Expansion Shields. Note: You will need a hammer drill and masonry bit to create the pilot holes for these anchors.
